Ranchero Village Reviews
Very sad to what's going on here. I have been here over 16 years. The rent goes up every year. Nothing gets done office just ignores all complaints maintenance is terrible. Nobody cleans pool areas. They are running this place to the ground. People are trying to sell but can't because of the rent is so high. Don't waste your time or money on this place Legacy is running our community down to the ground. So many other things that are wrong the list goes on.
May 19, 2025 · James SaulnierThis is a 55+ community the neighbors are very friendly and the community is very clean and nice. Here some pictures of the Lot 644 because ADR House Improvements LLC just Remodeled it.
Jan 23, 2024 · Daiyanisse ZerepRanchero Village is a very nice place to call home. However, rules seem to only apply to certain people, which is pretty sad. For example, the pool rules, that btw. NOBODY follows are the biggest joke. Nobody, and I mean absolutely NOBODY, brings their pool wristbands, people smoke wherever they feel like, drink and eat in the pool/hot tub, kids under 18 in hot tub all the time, jumping, diving at all times in the pool, and the craziest thing of all, half of these people don't even live in Ranchero Village. But when you say something to management, they want you to come into the office and file a written report. I send pictures in to prove what has been going on, but I will not waste my little time off from work, sitting in the office writing reports. Pictures/videos speak for themselves. You can write your own reports. Better, bring your lazy behind to the pool and see for yourself. It is very sad that as a working resident, I am unable to enjoy a quiet afternoon by the pool/hot tub without screaming, whining kids running around and parents/grandparents who are more worried about drinking alcohol in the pool then watching after their kids.

Love the fact there is a chapel on grounds. The fishing pond is very nice to sit and watch the ducks swim. Very peaceful. I am so happy we chose to live here. This is our forever home.
