Read this for an honest and realistic review - I have lived here for 2.5 years, I am 47 yo, and I love it. I have never lived in a manufactured home in a park and wasn't sure what to expect, but it's been great. Super safe and quiet, clean, everybody is friendly, management has been great, I haven't had any issues. Yes, parking can be a little annoying, depending on where you live in the park, but it hasn't been a big deal in my opinion, at least where I live. There are lots of families. The park is actually improving all the time because TLC is buying the old homes and putting brand new ones in, which increases the value of all of our homes. I thought buying a manufactured home was not a great investment, but the values increase and decrease with the market, just like any other home. I mean, it's Poway, it's a desireable area. As far as lot rent, yeah, that's part of the deal, like any other park. So what. Your property taxes are also a lot less because of that. The monthly amount is on par with every other park I have looked at in SD County. However, PRE is kind of a hidden gem, because I have looked at lots of other parks, and very few are as nice as this one.

Pools and Jacuzzi always clean and the Gym and Sauna are really nice. I really love that they have 2 Clubhouses that you can rent with beautiful kitchens one bigger then the other for any event you would like to have. I also love that they have a Storage Yard that we are able to store our 5th wheel trailer, where else can you find all this so accessible for a GREAT Price. GREAT place to Live!!

I can’t believe 2 of our neighbors have a 2 car driveway and there are 5-6 cars among the family. Leaving no parking cause they take the entire block. RUDE!Also we walk through or drive through our neighborhood and people do not want to wave back at you.RENT INCREASES! Lived here for a year and a half and have received 2 rent increases already...makes me nervous...what can they possibly raise it too?
