I have lived here 10 months. I would not agree with the positive reviews here (and wonder if they are even "real people" that live here). If they are real people and reviews, I suspect they are posting a high stargazing to "stay on the good side of owners and management).My rent space is $875 a month (on THEIR land), and it doesn't really cover anything (except cutting down a LARGE, invasive tree that was laying across my ENTIRE MOBILE HOME, including my bedroom, which I was scared to sleep in for a long time(.Other than electricity, all other bills are divided among occupied spaces... trash (which is close to $100 a MONTH and about $30 -$40 HIGHER THAN MY ELECTRIC BILL)! We have the SMALLEST carts for both trash and recycle... no glass bin or yard debris cart.I am also charged for water, sewer and drain water.There are residents that are grandfathered in to have the trash and water charges INCLUDED in their space rent, thus making it more expensive for anyone that moved into the park after the new owners bought it about 2.5 years ago. NEITHER THE OWNERS OR MANAGEMENT pays A SINGLE PENNY towards any of these charges. And by the way, I only put out 2 bags of garbage in a month because I live alone vs multi-people in a home equating to $45 per bag for me. I inquired about getting my own individual garbage service that meets my needs AND BUDGET. But, because it's a commercial property I was told no-can-do. They really don't care about the residents in the park or what they have to say (many which have lived here for MANY years, up to over 20 years...)... it's ALL about $$$$$$$$.Thank God Oregon just passed a law capping the space rent increase to 6% (which of course they will charge us the max. Last year it was 9.9%, and they were "kind enough" to only hit residents with a 9% increase). Most people here are on some sort of income, including myself. I'm now on disability at 57, after having 3 great careers in mh rime. My hope was to move here and live out the rest of my years. However between the park's rent and utility increases and Medicare B premiums going up 11% and the estimated COLA increase at 2.7%, I'm going backwards. I recently started donating plasmato help covet the cost to live here!!!There is MUCH more I could say here, but i have things to do before I go to bed. - Julie O'Neil
