I LOVE this park. It’s beautiful and well maintained. At night it’s so quiet and there’s so much wildlife around. I love that it’s away from the lights and sounds of the town. Connie, the manager, is an angel. She’s very kind and caring. Plus their maintenance guy is a total hottie. :)

She has made sure that the property is well cared for. The park is looking sharp. Notices have been given to those that neglet their property, simply asking them to clean up. I've also noticed lots of folks have fresh paint. The Park looks really good again. Their even cleaning up around the outside of the Park as well. Nice place to live again. Definitely.

She said the permit was suspended to get the park’s management company to fix the problems.“(The park’s permit) has been suspended based on a longstanding, open complaint regarding erosion, tree damage and unstable cement walkways,” she said.°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°PLUSduring summers, an ungodly unbearable sewer smell that premiated through the park with the summer wind, making eating outside unpleasant at best. The Park Manager Sue Patrick, was aware of these conditions for years, but never did anything to solve this or other complaints during the years that she had flopped her butt there and pretended to be a manager. Had she been a real manager there wouldn't have been so many longstanding code violations.
