If I could do it all over again I would never ever buy a mobile home from theses people. The park managers are very rude and could care less about the residents, all they care about is getting money. Brought a brand new trailer from them and the door rotted and fell in because of a manufacturer defects, trubild and there park managers would not even fix it or reimburse for the repairs. We had to buy a brand new door and put it in. This is not a place that you would want to live or waste your money when there are so many nicer places to and people who want and appreciate you. Lesson learned I will never do business with trubild again.
Sep 20, 2024 · Johnny Wannamaker-1 star really. Trailers are okay but you can tell they were thrown together by the manufacturer. If your maintenance request is not “emergency” they will absolutely not fix what is needing to be fixed. The management is definitely nasty and rude no matter what. They have tons of excuses for everything. Big NO! I do not recommend renting or even buying a home from these people. Learning experience.
