These communities can provide a sense of neighborhood and often come with a more accessible price point. We will detail its location, contact information, and summarize common themes from publicly available reviews, offering insights into the resident experience. While the allure of affordability and community can be strong, a comprehensive understanding of a property's management, maintenance practices, and overall living conditions is paramount for any prospective resident.
Pine Grove Trailer Park is located at 03025 000-00, Reddick, FL 32686, USA. Reddick is a small community in Marion County, Florida, known for its rural charm and agricultural landscape. The park's address, while appearing somewhat unconventional as "03025 000-00," corresponds to a parcel of land often identified in property records by its unique parcel ID, indicating its specific location within Reddick. More commonly, the physical address is associated with 18681 N US Highway 441, Reddick, FL 32686.
Its location in Reddick positions it in a quieter, less densely populated area compared to Florida's bustling metropolitan centers. For locals, this can mean a more relaxed pace of life, away from heavy traffic and urban noise. Reddick itself offers limited immediate amenities, typically catering to basic day-to-day needs such as convenience stores or small local businesses. For broader shopping, dining, and entertainment options, residents would likely need to travel to nearby larger towns or cities. Ocala, a larger city with more extensive services, is approximately a 20-30 minute drive south of Reddick. This accessibility to a larger hub means that while the park offers a rural setting, residents can still reach necessary services and leisure activities within a reasonable driving distance. The character of the surrounding area is generally rural, with a mix of agricultural land and residential properties, contributing to the park's tranquil, albeit somewhat remote, feel. For those who appreciate a country setting with easy access to a major city, the location could be a consideration, balancing peaceful living with practical necessities.

When considering a mobile home park for long-term residency in Florida, locals typically look for a stable, safe, and well-maintained environment that offers value for their housing investment. Given the publicly available information, particularly the customer reviews, Pine Grove Trailer Park in Reddick presents significant concerns that potential Florida residents should be thoroughly aware of.
The core suitability for locals often revolves around affordability, quality of life, and responsive management. While the initial impression might suggest affordability, the recurring themes in reviews point to substantial issues with rising rent, a perceived lack of maintenance, and potentially hazardous living conditions. For Floridians, who are accustomed to certain standards of living and tenant protections, these reported issues could pose serious challenges to their peace of mind and financial stability. The allegations of unsafe structures, environmental concerns (like asbestos and lead paint), and issues with water quality are critical points that directly impact the health and safety of residents.
Furthermore, the complaints about unresponsive management and arbitrary rent increases are highly concerning. In Florida, tenant rights are protected by state statutes, and residents expect a certain level of professionalism and adherence to regulations from property management. The suggestion from a long-term resident that "YOUR BETTER OFF SLEEPING AT A HOMELESS SHETER, because at least they won't charge you 1000 dollars a month for a house that is literally always falling apart!!!!" is a stark warning that highlights significant dissatisfaction with the living conditions and cost-effectiveness over time. While the rural location might appeal to some who desire quiet, the overriding issues of property condition and management practices as described in public reviews indicate that Pine Grove Trailer Park may not offer the stable, safe, or comfortable living environment that most Florida locals would seek in a mobile home community. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct extensive due diligence, including on-site visits, and to consult legal counsel regarding tenant rights and property conditions before considering residency at this location.

Pine Grove Trailer Park Reviews
True definition of "Slum Lords" The actual property managers Liz & Gary are decent people and do the best they can based on the Principle owner of (Ronald Seewah) the property listed as a business under Prestige Holdings of Florida LLC. The LLC doesn't have any Liability Insurance for the property being run as a business so if your injured due to the owners negligence (and trust me these trailers & block homes contain absestoes shingles, lead paint, mold, mildew and a septic tank providing filthy water & many features like the steps out of code and down right dangerous). I could write a book about my 3+ yrs of living in this mobile home park but it's not worth my time at this point. Just beware if you rent from this Trailer Park. Cash only for all transactions should tell you alot .. IRA will hopefully investigate this Park.
Feb 27, 2025 · CJ McKinleyI've lived here for 13 years and I gotta say DO NOT EVER COME HERE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE EVER!! They make you believe that it's a good cheap spot than once you move in they refuse to fix anything until you bug them enough to do it than they'll complain about coming to fix the problem, news flash THATS YOUR WHOLE JOB, they'll raise your rent as much as they can to not be detected by police just to fill they greedy pockets, take this as a warning if you ever are in a desperate spot I promise you, YOUR BETTER OFF SLEEPING AT A HOMELESS SHETER, because at least they won't charge you 1000 dollars a month for a house that is literally always falling apart!!!!

Mar 31, 2025 · Shauhn WennbergAbsolutely the definition of slumlords. True trailer park by far!! Living outside in a cardboard box would be better than living there. DONT DO IT
Apr 03, 2024 · Danny OsborneI lived here in 1985 when I was 9. The woman who managed the park had a little candy store for us kids in the park office. I used to catch the bus to school in front of that post office building out front of the park. Back then it was a breakfast diner. From the pictures here, it looks like the same trailers that were there almost 40 yrs ago.
