Pine Acre Trails Reviews
Brian is an amazing maintenance guy. He has always been efficient whenever we call to get things done. He always gets the job done. He is very quick precise, and hard working. Brian knows his stuff when fixing things. Glad he is apart of our Pine Acre Community.
May 10, 2025 · Denitrius SharpThe office staff is not very helpful from the get go. We were mislead, lied to you name it and didn’t realize till we were moved in. The maintenance crew is amazing! Specifically Brian I think is how you spell his name. But the office staff couldn’t care less about your issues even if you are renting. You also pay $40 a month for them to mow a sliver of the little yard you have they don’t even clean up after they’ll leave grass clippings, rocks, mulch all throughout the sidewalk and your driveway. They need to figure it out before getting all the new homes they plan to.
May 08, 2025 · Jessica EllinwoodMoved our mobile home we bought into this neighborhood in 2024. We were originally renting and started the buying process for a mobile home. Be forewarned, If you are buying a home and planning on putting it here be prepared to wait a long time for anything to get done. Via the driveway, shed and getting a trashcan. Had so many problems the first couple months moving in here with the main office and getting anybody on the phone was impossible you literally have to drive and go in to get anyone. Our move in date was August 22 and we were told by one of the office workers technically we weren’t supposed to be here until the driveway was done. We were living in a motel trying to not be homeless. It took them until sep-oct to complete everything. Also because they waited so long to fill in the holes around our main pipes they dug up our internet cable looking for fill dirt because it had been months since the house was sitting here and they finally got around to filling in the holes.
Jun 20, 2025 · ashley .kThe office staff is extremely unorganized. Thomas quite frankly is unprofessional. Being given the run around when trying to find a home, which is already a stressful process in itself, is the last thing people want to deal with. There seems to be ZERO communication internally between staff- Do better!
Jun 11, 2025 · Sarah SpencerIf you have your own home and being placed here the lack of communication is bizarre. Being a first time homeowner I was lost and the office didn’t help as much as I was hoping but we got it figured out. Just know you have to wait for a driveway to be put in before you move in and your electricity has to be on and your water has to have a inspection prior to move in and you have to be on top of the office to get that scheduled. Also when your electricity is turned on there’s a lever outside to turn it on. You also have to wait for your trash can and your shed. It’s a beautiful community but they don’t have it all together, that’s why I rate four instead of five stars.
