It is important to acknowledge a very negative review from "3 YEARS AGO" that contradicts the more recent positive feedback, describing "horrible management," issues with title transfer, faulty utilities (no hot water, poor plumbing, faulty electric), "800 cats," and accusations of unethical financial practices. This older review also strongly advises against moving into the park. It appears that the "amazing" management mentioned in the positive review has actively addressed the issues that plagued the park in the past. Prospective residents should consider the more recent feedback as indicative of the current state, but also be aware of its history and the importance of due diligence.

Phoenix West Mobile Home Park Reviews
The management is amazing, she has really worked on getting the druggies out, she truly cleaned up the place, got rid of a ton of cats, in the last 6 years we've been here, the park has done a complete 180 from when we moved in. Most mobile homes are older, but the community is quiet, and people are friendly. I feel safe.
Mar 11, 2022 · Kacy Graves3 YEARS AGO. THE MNGR. DANY JOHNSON MADE A CONTRACT WITH ME TO RENT LOT, REBUILD HOME FOR OWNERSHIP. NEVER RECEIVED TITLE. NO HOTWATER HEATER. FAULTY ELECTRIC. POOR PLUMBING. SHE MADE MISERABLE FOR 3 YEARS. AS WELL AS THE 800 CATS. IN MY OPINION SHE'S POCKETING TENANT & GOVT. FUNDS. I RECOMEND TO ANYBODY THINKING OF MOVING IN TO THIS PARK, DON'T. RUN. A.S.A.P.!!!!! Because she had the tenacity to try to sue me for the house she owns.
