Parkview Mobile Home Reviews
This was a good place to live years ago but now the owner don't care about the tenants, they only care about the $$. The roads need fixed and there is nothing out here for the kids to do.6/17/25I have lived in this dump of a trailer court for 22 years. I have seen a lot of crap go on here and I have gotten “talked to” for some of the most stupid things. I have been threaded with eviction for things that other people have in their yarddriveway and it’s ok for them. If there is rules for 1 then there should be rules for all. He does not charge everyone the same lot rent either. Well I was a victim of a crime and since it happened in HIS trailer court I’m being kicked out. The slumlord never got my side of what happened either, I’m just getting punished for being a victim. So now I have no car and no home. I have had myself locked up in this trailer for years so I don’t have to deal with the crap going on that they won’t do anything about. They say it’s supposed to be a quiet place to live but when you say something to them about what is being done to you, you become the problem. I will say that I have been wanting out of here and was trying to save up so I could get out of this trash court and FAR AWAY from the narcissist owners. This sucks because I was waiting till next year to start looking but oh well I’m getting out sooner lol. Jason has anger issues and needs to learn how to talk to people too. I’m one of the people that if you come at me with an attitude or tone you will get that tone or attitude right back so therefore that makes me the bad person. He don’t like it if you stand up to him either. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless the place gets new owners. Also they need to do something about the smell out here. It smells like sewage outside in the morning a lot and the water has a rotten egg smell.
Jun 17, 2025 · Chris CurranYesterday the Amazon delivery person left our gate open and my 2 dogs got out. The aussie stayed in the yard, but my little dog left, my neighbors and people I'd never met were so awesome trying to help me and my family find her. We even had children helping. Love living at Parkview, but love it even more now!!! She was found by a woman and taken in her home so she could find out who Belle belonged to! Parkview is the best!
Nov 16, 2023 · Brenda CrawfordI can't tell you anything good or bad about the trailer court that I visited. The roads were around the court to find my friends house. We were able to not be harrassed by law enforcement as they typically prey on the underemployed lower income folks that will have a harder time fighting back against their selective enforcement.
