Parkhurst Estates MHC Reviews
The the play ground that’s smaller sucks. One of the swings is broken and there’s no slide. But the other one is fine. Also there’s a lot of unsupervised kids running around in the road, taking pictures in the road and destroying property. But other than that it’s fine i guess.
Oct 12, 2024 · XenonI currently have a contract with a mobile home seller at Parkhurst Estates MHC in Oxford MI. We gave the seller $2000.00 down to hold the home and even though we went through the process of getting a family member approved finances were looking grave but by today we were able to get the rest of the money to pay the seller. We found out she Sold the home from under us. Now she will not refund us the money even after she sold it and didn't confirm with us that we absolutely didn't want the home. Corie Saunders is a SCAM artist! I'm wondering how many more families she did this too?? Shame on the PARKHURST management team for allowing this to happen! I'm not surprised by this because the management of this community is very unprofessional!!
Feb 16, 2024 · Suezette CushingMy husband, our 2 year old and myself lived here for 16 months (job transfer) and we had a great experience. We lived on Worthington and neighbors we had were great. Always felt safe, lots of kids playing outside and all in all very pleased. To find somewhere to rent with such affordable prices and plenty of space of our own. Rose, Sheila and the maintenance guys have always been kind and very helpful with our moves and answering any questions or concerns we had.
Nov 07, 2019 · Alicia WoodThis is a nice neighborhood and well maintained. Management personel seem nice . I don't live there. But if I did, I would like it there. They have a small club house that's good size for almost any occasion. And there's a small lake area too. The enclosed area they use for the mail boxes is like a she'd and it could use a major up grade. Other than that it's nice. It has a combination of modular homes and single wide trailers.
Jul 14, 2018 · Deborah GeddisI have lived here with my two children for 1.5 years and have found my neighbors to be kind, considerate, and neat. But it is the staff who has made me feel most like I belong to a "village." When I have trouble, even though I own my home, I can always rely on Rose, Sheila, and the guys to at least guide me to a solution -- often, they help me solve the problem themselves! Just about a month ago, my children missed the school bus and Rose herself drove them to school. I'd say that is above and beyond! I have never aspired to live in a trailer park, but feel quite fortunate that I wound up in this one.
