RV parks are designed to offer a variety of services that make living in an RV as comfortable and convenient as possible. These typically include essential hookups and community amenities. Based on available public information and common RV park offerings, Park Place RV Park provides core services vital to RVers:
- Full Hookups: Essential for any RV, providing connections for electricity, water, and sewer at each site. This allows residents to use their RV's facilities without needing to constantly relocate for dumping or refilling.
- Bathhouse Facilities: The availability of a bathhouse offers an alternative or supplement to an RV's internal shower and restroom, particularly useful for those with lower water pressure in their RVs, as noted by a past resident. This amenity provides convenience and comfort for all guests.
- Laundry Mat On Site: An invaluable service for both short-term visitors and long-term residents, allowing for easy access to laundry facilities without needing to leave the park. This helps maintain cleanliness and simplifies daily living.
- Reasonable Pricing: The park offers a competitive pricing structure, with a stated weekly rate of $210, which translates to $840 per month. This transparent and reasonable cost makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious RVers.
- Flexible Payment Options: The ability to pay rent weekly, even for longer stays, offers financial flexibility for residents, although the method of payment (depositing money or money order into a box) is a unique characteristic of their system.
The provision of these services caters to the fundamental needs of RV living, ensuring that residents have access to necessary utilities and facilities during their stay. While water pressure can vary, the availability of a bathhouse mitigates this potential issue, providing a reliable option for showers.

- Suitability for Short and Long-Term Stays: The park's structure and pricing make it suitable for a diverse clientele, from those passing through for a night or two to individuals and families who choose to reside there for several months.
- Established Resident Community: The presence of long-term residents suggests a stable environment, and the positive experience of a resident staying for six months indicates a comfortable living situation for extended periods.

Park Place RV Park Reviews
The full-time people let their dogs run loose. It looks very run down. It's okay for an overnight stay. If the park is full the sites are tight. Don't think the owner cares about the state of his RV park
Feb 04, 2025 · Twila SchneiderThis Rv park has a lot of lots. The price is very reasonable. But when they are close to being filled up, there isn't very much space between rvs. Theres a bath house and laundry mat on site. We have a brand new rv and the water pressure isn't good at all. That's why most people take showers at the bath house. Rent is paid weekly ($210) even though it's 840$ a month. At first my husband and I were a little weary because you put the money or money order into a box each week. Also We haven't met the owner. We've been here for about 6 months with out any problems. I definatly recommend Park Place to anyone in a rv that's looking for short term or long term.
Feb 01, 2023 · Jenifer HorneThis is a pretty cool place to stay. Very close to restaurants and stores yet tucked in the woods enough To enjoy being outdoors. Laundry, bathrooms and showers are available at the park. You can also enjoy fishing at the catch and release pond. The owner is such a good guy.
Oct 14, 2019 · Shannon HeersI honestly tried to avoid this place due to reviews, but ended up in a situation where I had no choice. I have been pleasantly surprised. The facilities are a little older, but it's turned out to be a great place to stay. My only complaint is the water pressure. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's horrible...
May 28, 2022 · Jason HowardIt was the only place open with availability. A bit sketch but did the trick for 1 night stay. You can tell many people are permanent residents. No one works the office, but there is a guy who tries to enforce the honor system. We got a knock on our window at 7am threatening to call the police because he thought we were drifters. It ended up being okay, but do not plan on returning.
