While the convenience of being on a main road is a benefit, residents should also consider the potential for traffic noise or activity. The surrounding area is characterized by a mix of residential developments and natural landscapes, offering a sense of local community. Given the history of flooding in some areas of Livingston Parish, particularly during events like the 2016 floods, it is also pertinent for prospective residents to consider the park's specific elevation and flood risk, as suggested by past resident comments.

May 21, 2025 · Leah GailorRun down, not maintained, floods a lot! Pics are from 3-12-16 and not from the big flood in 2016. It was even higher in 2016!
Aug 09, 2019 · C ShepherdI definitely would not recommend. I bought a mobile home in this trailer park. The landlord ( Jessica Ford) made me pay what the other people owed on lot rent after I moved in. Hurricane Ida destroyed my mobile home. The landlord told me I had to keep paying rent ( even though it's against FEMA) and I was responsible for removing the trees off of my house. I told them hell no to all of that and to take me to court. Never herd from them since. The landlord is a complete con artist and she will try to get a penny out of anybody anywhere she can.
