I was visiting my elderly Aunt and my cousin at Palm Mobile Estate and I have never met someone that must of been waiting a lifetime to be in a position of some type of authority because I have been the several times and I have personly witnessed her being way out of line I have seen her threatening and arguing with a person parked in a designated visitor parking spot her argument was that the person had expired tags the ironic thing was the person couldn't get a word in to explain that they just purchased the vehicle and it a temporary plate in the rear window after she was done threatening to call police and a tow truck someone that lived there got her attention and said if you would quit yelling and listen the person is trying to show you that they are legal not an apology one she stormed off saying something in Spanish as far as my relatives that live there she always waits till my aunt is alone and then gives her misinformation that something is wrong by the time one us gets involved it is way to late we will look it up in the bi laws and rules and she is way out of line example my aunt gave away a brand new washer dryer because the manager threatened her with fines and possibly getting kicked out if she didn't comply she had them in a area that was covered and out of view and in the rules it was done according but by the time we got involved she had given away a 2 month old washer and dryer that she had paid 1200 dollars she had saved a long time for that purchased but being in her 80s she got nervous and gave them away when brought to the managers attention she refused to speak about it I can go on and on I can also prove it one last thing she took upon herself to spray poison on plants in several yards they did not stop till they were shown that nobody was certified to use what they were spraying they killed so many peoples plants they did quit right but so much damage was done there are a lot of elderly Hispanic people in this little community that get pushed around by her in the time she has been there she has done nothing positive she is young Hispanic lady it is sad to watch her push the the elder Hispanic people around like she has done

Also, she has been harassing many residents to the extent that they have sold their homes. I have had conversations with previous tenants that have stated that they are happy and relieved they sold their home, because now they do not have to deal with her anymore. Since the new manager started in 2014, Palms Mobile Estates has changed for the worst.

Telling you what color to paint it, what plants, windows, etc... when you ask for a superior number above them the manager Reyna gets in your face and denies you any information! It’s becoming very uncomfortable living in this park. This park needs a community meeting ASAP!!!
