This place is a total mess. Cardboard homes rented at brick and mortar prices. The maintenance man Andrew is a lazy POS. Waited for this guy to show up many times and he wouldn’t show up. Couldnt call and inform us either. Waited all day. If he does make it to look at your maintenance issues it’s way late or he feels it’s not an emergency. They have loose rocks everywhere that you will definitely slip on. If you do slip and fall u have to make a claim with your out rents insurance. They have no property insurance. It’s pitch black at night with absolutely no night light. The managers really don’t care and just do the bare minimum.

Some of the units are older and in need of updating, but being actively worked on my the staff. They offer spaces at a variety of sizes and price points. Easy access to downtown SF and BART without the price and hassle of parking in the city.

I rented a spot for four months while my daughter went through a bone marrow transplant at UCSF. Moved in, kept the place immaculate, barely lived there, moved out, cleaned it better than before and guess what......I'm in my second month of fighting and hassles to get my full deposit back. All kinds of promises that don't get delivered on and then back to it all over again. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE!!
