It's a great place to live. It's clean, safe and fairly priced. They have garbage pick up twice a week. My kids had a toy box outside and their bikes and no one ever messed with them. We also kept our grill, lawnmower and weed eater outside. My kids would play at the park and we all loved the pool. It's a very nice community.

Signed a lease at Oak Hurst estate. Miss Beverly is a great example of what a community leader and general people person should strive to be. Very friendly but professional manner of making her clients and new residents to feel welcomed. True southern hospitality we closed while she lead us in prayer. Very impressive.

The manager, Miss Beverly, makes up her own rules as she pleases. She has He maintenance man cut your grass when it isn’t bad and even when you still have a few days to cut then wants to charge you $50. She is always posting new rules on her makeshift posters as you exit the park, i.e, grass is supposed to be cut every two weeks, she decided it needs to be cut every Thursday instead. The pool has stupid hours, kids cannot be in the pool after 5PM which is stupid because that’s when parents come home and are available to swim with their children. As of today, guest are not allowed in the pool, another rule she has changed for her convenience.Last summer she was tired of children leaving trash near the basketball court so she had the maintenance man remove the basketball hoop, the poor kids did not have a basketball goal all summer. . .Again, stupid rules because she doesn’t want to deal with it or do her job. There’s no basketball hoop again this summer, though I’m not sure if it was broken or she had it taken down because I have yet to ask.If you can get past the unstable management, then it’s a great place. But she really makes it hard for you to enjoy living there.

Had the worst experience renting in my life at this place. The manager is a total slime ball. She is very prejudice and only wants one type of people in that park. The neighbors are nosey as hell and God forbid somebody hears any sound coming from your trailer at night they call and report fighting when there is none. The "maintenance" man will show up and mow your yard when it's not even high and then try to Bill you for $50 for like 25 square feet of grass. They don't even have real trash service it's a guy pulling a trailer and he's probably Beverly's cousin. Don't go here ever. You have to call the property managers in Canada to report the manager. We did and of course we're gone shortly after. I do think she was suspended for a week after that though.
