If I could rate 0 stars, or better yet negative stars, I would.Bottom line, this trailer park is a FAR cry from being worthy of being called "estates". Think extremely old, horribly run down old Victorian owned by a woman somehow in her 90's with forty cats "Estate Sale" if attaching the word estate to this awful place.They NEVER plow, thank God the ice has melted on the main road so they can't get in trouble for seriously neglecting the care of their internal road system. I help family get to a from the store and appointments, and YOU are lucky I haven't, broken anything in the times I have fallen ON YOUR POORLY MAINTAINED PROPERTY.They don't keep on residents to clean up their garbage STREWN through out their yards and into the roadways. The residents who give a damn and complain to the manager - TONY - who never is in the office, never answers a call, and takes a millennia to get back to you about any repairs, questions or concerns; for a guy who NEVER has time for his business, he sure is quick to file complaints to those same residents asking for their rental homes to be LIVABLE.Tony, your park is a trash heap, you treat these people as less than human, your "maintenance man" is a joke, and I'm pretty positive he's not currently licensed to be working on anything...probably a good idea nothing is being fixed, but someone should offer you a quick 500K for the whole property and turn it around for the sake of everyone living there. - Raven Pratt
