Mar 22, 2025 · Mario DiCiccoThey keep raising lot rent in the lilttle lakes in the back are gross 🤮 you think all the money they get every month they would spend 4 % of the money and put back into the land so hard working people like myself don’t come home at the end of the day and feel ashamed that this is where my life savings got me 😔 and so everyone know you don’t own the trailer because ones you pay off the trailer you still gotta pay lot rent.. witch is not bad but if you fall on hard times let’s say for two months you just lost your trailer that you spent 75k on the passed 10 years . It’s just a bad deal all together.. but all in all I like my home a lot they did a good job on fixing it up and they made it nice and smooth to move in.. and the schools are good.. that’s what my wife tells me. 🤓 oh yea the park has some many rules that. You are just better off buying two ps5 one for you and one for the kids because if you do anything outdoors besides cut your lawn.. YOU WILL GET A VISIT FROM PARK MANAGEMENT telling you they have pictures and video of you doing whatever you are doing.. good place for old couples with no kids at home and don’t really want leave anyone anything
