Mar 17, 2022 · Mat PThe owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and VERY clean. It’s the closest RV park to the plant. The laundry room is really clean as well. The price was very reasonable (one of the best rates) considering that all bills are included with high speed WIFI. I’d stay here again if ever in town.
Feb 08, 2022 · Claudia LugoLet me say it's not all bad! They have fresh vegetables from their gardens and the owners seem to be nice people. However, we lost power one night and I texted Neal to call me the next day and he never did. We also experienced our fridge light flickering, lights dimming, and our breaker box making a clicking noise like it was about to flip when our furnacewould turn on. This was all before the snow storm that came through..the night we lost power I had someone come the next day to check our converter, battery, power cord, where the power cord connects to our RV and the pedestal. It was kind of odd that the night we lost power only the laundry room/office lights and our spot went out. Well the technician determined everything was fine on both ends AT THAT TIME but the outage could have been caused by the pedestal giving off too much or too little power and with our surge protector and the safteys in place on the appliances they automatically shut the stuff off to prevent damage. Once the winter storm came through, the power company was doing rolling blackouts to conserve/distribute power as needed and each time it came back on we experienced the same issues and ended up unplugging everything and turning off all breakers except for the main and we'd turn the breakers on as we needed to use them..we also had to turn our water heater off and on througout the day to minimize the issues. This is a warning to the next person: DO NOT PARK AT SPOT 39! We were only there for 19 days and it was the longest, most stressful 19 days! Ever since we've moved to a different park we have everything on as normal and have zero issues! There is definitely something wrong with the power at this place, but only on certain spots because my brother-in-law was on the opposite side (without a surge protector) and he didn't have any issues!
Feb 24, 2021 · NaomiThe mesquite's are bad also large spiders are all around outside not only killing copperhead at our breaker boxs.I moved before I had a package to arrive ,when I called him about letting me know when it comes in he said he sent it back to the sender about a week ago ,I would have thought he would call me about it to see what I wanted him to do about it I moved 25 minutes up the road.i could have pick it up.the package wasn't to be delivered until November but came in sooner also you spend to much money drying clothes 1.50 to dry but want dry on that have to put another 1.50 for them to completely dry I always went out to wash my clothes. The washers were regular washers therefore they should dry the washers load most do . Also don't keep the lawn mowed and the weed eating isn't great either. Anyway that's my review about this place have been in many rv parks and this is the worst.
