Sep 29, 2023 · Robin RobertsonThe landlord is a real jackass. He's mean rude and not understanding at all. Said no dogs at all but I know for a fact that people living there have dogs I have seen them. He doesn't do any repairs that need to be done, but don't mind uping the rent on trailers that are falling apart. He's a law suit waiting to happen. Has anyone noticed the landlord only replays to the good reviews? That's because he only cares about money and not his renters...... I never said I wanted to rent from you. Not after seeing some of your trailers and the shape they are in. I'm homeless and able to get HUD and still would not rent from you. I know for a FACT that not ALL your rentals are up to HUDS standard. I know at least 2 that would not pass the HUD inspection! So lie some more.

Apr 13, 2022 · Gidget WardI don't want to live somewhere pets aren't allowed. I have a letter from my Dr. That I need my pets. Some of us only have our furry friends and none of those trailers impressed me to the point of restricting them.
