The place is, ok. Way too many people are allowed to street park, they will park at stop signs too. Not the best area for kids, no sidewalks in the neighborhood, people go way faster than 15mph. There are potholes that haven't been filled in 2 years.The pool.. Everyone knows Rhonda hates the pool and wants it gone. At times, I think she's trying to sabotage the pool in hopes the owner will fill it in with concrete. The filter/jets aren't even on half the time, which means the chemicals aren't getting filtrated throughout the pool, which means bacteria can grow and can even cause health issues. The concrete around the pool is breaking apart, the metal trim around the pool is falling off, and I've seen at least 2 kids cut their backs open from brushing against it. But they did buy new pool signs... One positive, they got decent umbrellas up and a table for eating right outside the pool. Just wish they'd invest in making the pool better, especially since lot rent went up.

Told to look at a plot and agreed to the plot because it had a nice FLAT lawn, when we returned to see the trailer once it was placed they dumped a mass amount of dirt and created a GIANT HILL. Whoever laid the dirt had giant rocks mixed in with their dirt and lawn was extremely lumpy making it even more difficult to mow and ruining my mower blades. I requested this to be corrected and a crew was sent out to lay more dirt.. still finding giant rocks in the lawn, they left the twine rope from hay bales in the lawn causing my mower to stop and me having to untangle it from the blades (could not see due to being covered with hay), dirt was not packed down so every time I step on the hill my feet sink and I have to be careful not to fall. My review is coming after a year of being here and not finding it worth my time to keep complaint to property management.. I’m just at the end of the rope here and not very happy that management did not communicate with me about the lawn but instead went behind my back AFTER I agreed to something completely different. I have very little trust in management here.There are multiple parks that are ran by the same people. Do your research and beware.
Jun 24, 2025 · CIt's a very quiet Mobile home Park which is nice it just needs to be updated a little bit more curb appeal,and update the pool area with a real bathroom not a Johnny on the spot,update the playground for the children,also all buyers and renters that are in the community should get the same rules and regulations on maintaining the mobile home and maintaining the yard maybe community events in the trailer park update the streets to blacktop maybe just more up-to-date on the curb appeal mobile and more upkeeping and updated on the mobile home park amenities.. maybe a pet station more bushes and flowers everywhere update the mailboxes other than that it's a really quiet mobile home which is nice

May 30, 2025 · Rambo BarbieRoads could use fixing and maybe expanded driveways to limit street parking. Could use sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, I think it would look nice. Place is pretty clean (they try to put a stop to kids/adults from trashing and breaking things), they have a small playground for little kids and a major perk is the pool that's for Moscow Meadows residents only. I like that the office has cameras facing the pool and playground, it has cut down on vandalism.
