Monroe's Mobile Home Park Reviews
I have lived here for 38 years and I've been very happy. It is a lovely Mobile Home Park, looks and feels more like a little community. My good experience could be because I own my trailer and don't have deal with any of the rental issues that would come up with a landlord. Through the years alot of people have sold their homes and Mr Monroe buys them and rents them out. I have just been very blessed to get decent neighbors whenever they change.

Jun 29, 2022 · Carol DeanHave no idea why this place is rated so high. The only thing good about it is that it’s quiet, but this place is INFESTED with roaches. When I first moved in and told the landlord about it he said, “Oh they are just water bugs everyone has them you just need to deal with them.” Like it’s very obvious they are not water bugs. We have tried everything. We’ve sprayed, put traps, even roach killer gel out and they won’t go away. I’ve asked everyone in the park and they have them too. The entire land is infested. I would say if you’re looking for somewhere go elsewhere. He also didn’t fix any of the issues in the actual trailer.
