January 26 · Joey FryeIf you're looking for a place where keeping the property clean and having maintenance needs tended to in a timely manner, you can count on Jake the current property manager /maintenance. I moved in a little over two years ago and my first impression was that I didn't have to worry about living in a place where maintenance issues would be ignored. Anytime I've had a concern, Jake didn't waste anytime addressing the issue. I personally am impressed with how well things are managed now since he has been in the office managing the property in addition to keeping up with all the maintenance demands. In addition, if there's any complaints against him, trust and believe he did everything in his power for you to correct any violations before having to take any further action. Lastly, he is very resourceful and I couldn't ask for a better managed place to live.

Jake has went above and beyond since he started in the park as maintenance and has only gotten better as our park manager. My time in the park improved because of Jake. Thanks for everything Jake.
March 29 · Angie BensonHopefully things have changed since I left here years ago, but I have never seen management quite as abusive as I encountered here. They constantly and randomly threatened eviction for frivolous reasons and with no warming. On one occasion, again, with no prior warning, I was told to dismantle the large deck that was attached to my trailer and dispose of all debris from this within 48 hours or I would be evicted and my trailer would be confiscated. On another I was randomly told, on threat of eviction, to paint the entire trailer in a weekend because the old paint scheme did not fit in with community standards. Despite complying with these absurd requests the lot manager, who acted quite pleasant when I applied, was consistently verbally abusive and unpleasant throughout my entire stay here. When I finally had enough and decided to leave, they denied the dozen or so people who asked to buy my trailer, and instead informed me that they had decided to place a new trailer they were going to rent out in the same lot and my only option was to pay them $1k to demolish it. Even years after moving away I found a charge on my credit report for a fine they charged but never notified me of for not giving them sufficient warning for moving, which I absolutely did. Never trust these people. Never work with these people. Never rent from these people.
