Mar 03, 2023 · Steve SearlThe worse managers ever, nice to your face soon as you turn your back there's the knife. Certain residents can pile tires and work on junk cars nothing said to them.i had a double wide furnace was bad central air never worked the back door would not stay closed the wind blew door come open after slamming it over two year period it finally come off the hinges windows was cracked when I leased it they would never replace them sell 20 to 30 year old homes for top dollar which is not worth it they fix the the cheapest they can to get someone in need of a home. And certain individuals can rent there home out to people they want in there and they do not get them approve by the park so certain ones can do what they want everyone else get letters tapped to there doors the tape they use foes not come of the window once you remove it from the door.
Oct 20, 2018 · Jill MurrayWelcome to the ghetto! Park managers and the owner do NOT care about this place or the residents! Park manager is extremely rude, he will lie to your face and tell you what you wanna hear then when you call him out on whatever it may be he says he never said that and he doesn't keep records of any complaints so the owner don't make him follow through on anything! He needs to retire and let somebody who cares run this place and not run it into the ground! Shady work being done on vacant trailers in here by manager and another guy who are not licensed and trust me you don't want a place they worked on. Many people have learned that the hard way especially when the owner knows it and comes back with a " you bought it as is" The owner and park manager saw this mattress sitting under slide 4 days ago and neither of them removed it!
Jun 27, 2019 · VickiHorrible place to live!!! Buyers BEWARE! The owners pay their 70 yr old+ park manager who is not licensed to redo these Mobil homes, the plumbing and electrical work are a joke and the construction work they do! When there is and there always is a problem with his work, you call and complain nothing gets done, you call park owner Dan and he tells you, you bought it as is! This has cost me several thousands of dollars to have it fixed properly and these people don't care. The park manger Gail likes to tell everyone in the park everyone else's business, pretty sure that's illegal! Street lights are out and have been for several months, garbage lays all over the so called run down playground which needs to be condemned, not safe for children to play on it! We have the highest rent in the county and NOTHING to show for it! They've tore up several yards and they were never repaired or the 1s that have been are horrible and again telling the manager and the owner is a joke! They want your money but sell you unsafe homes that they should be held accountable for, especially all the decks the manger is building without a builders permit! The work being done is not suitable or safe for anyone! STAY AWAY unless you like ice skating then this is the place for you, they plow once in awhile but NO salt! Cars slide through stop signs, some slide into other people's yards! This place is a rip off, you get nothing but headaches or in the summer months you get huge potholes at the entrance that take months before they are repaired!!!
Dec 14, 2017 · Vicki SmithThe only reason it got a star is because I have to to post. The mattress is still sitting under the slide at the park after a week of the owner and park manager being down at the park as their walking thru looking at the mess the concrete company has made of the park after being here 10 weeks welcome to the ghetto!
