During that time we've watched the park expanded and mature into a clean, safe, quiet and beautiful place to live on this side of the valley. People are always commenting on how nice it is...and quiet. Some dogs and kids here and there but not so much that there is a constant buzz of activity. Mostly nice people walking their dogs. I am selling her place now and spots always sell fast....within a few weeks. So I am sure someone else will be enjoying thier cup of coffee here under the covered patio soon.

As far as management you couldn't ask for a friendlier nicer person than Linda all the staff in the office are really nice. I don't live there but I sure would but I do work there drywalling painting and skirting their new homes it's coming to an end and that's going to be sad but we're all moving on to Montrose to their sister Park it's been an absolute pleasure working for you Linda & Midland Village Park thank you

What happens if the building/location are amazing and a family wants to keep the home after an owner passes, but family can’t afford the rent?
