- Quiet and Nice Community: Several residents have positively noted the park's quiet atmosphere and friendly community. This makes it appealing for those seeking a peaceful living environment and good neighbors. One review specifically states, "Very Quiet And Nice Community," and "Never Had Any Problems. We Will Be Back."
- Full Hookups: The provision of full hookups (electric, water, sewer) is a significant advantage for RVers, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay without the need for frequent trips to dump stations or external water sources.
- Affordability: The park is generally considered affordable, especially for long-term stays, with competitive monthly rates that include basic utilities. This is a crucial factor for those on a budget.
- Experienced Manager: Some positive comments mention an "amazing" manager, though another review contradicts this, suggesting inconsistency or varying experiences.
- Concerns Regarding Maintenance and Responsibility: A significant area of concern highlighted by one detailed review involves the park's maintenance practices, particularly concerning electrical hookups and water spigots. The park is described as having an "aging antiquated unmaintenanced power lines" and a "never their fault" mentality regarding issues. This specific reviewer experienced a bad electrical box that damaged their new RV, and subsequent issues with a leaking water spigot.
- Lack of Electrical Expertise: The same reviewer criticized the park's inability to properly test 50-amp electrical hookups, leading to unnecessary expenses for external technicians. This suggests a potential lack of technical knowledge or routine maintenance checks on critical infrastructure.
- Safety and Security Concerns: One highly negative experience included a rear window being knocked out of a brand new RV, raising serious questions about the security of the property.
- Management's Responsiveness and Accountability: The detailed negative review portrays management as unwilling to take responsibility for issues, blaming resident's RVs for park-related problems and reducing promised compensation. This indicates potential challenges in resolving disputes or getting timely assistance.
- Focus on Full-Time Residents: While some reviews highlight the benefits of being in a community with "mostly full time residents" because it fosters a sense of community, this might not appeal to transient RVers.
Given these divergent views, prospective residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It is highly recommended to inspect any assigned site, especially the utility hookups, and to discuss any past or ongoing maintenance issues directly with management.

Its convenient location directly off Interstate 44 provides excellent accessibility to the local amenities of Miami and regional attractions in Northeast Oklahoma. For locals seeking a full hookup RV park or a long-term mobile home lot, the community's quiet atmosphere and friendly residents, as noted by some, can be appealing. However, it is crucial for prospective residents to be aware of and thoroughly investigate the significant concerns raised by other former residents regarding maintenance issues, particularly electrical problems, and management's perceived lack of accountability and responsiveness. While the park is praised for its full hookups and quiet setting, the reports of unaddressed infrastructure problems and challenges in resolving disputes suggest that a proactive and cautious approach is necessary. For Oklahomans who prioritize affordability and a potentially quiet community, and who are prepared to rigorously inspect their site and clearly communicate with management about any concerns, Miami Mobile Home Community could be a suitable option. However, careful consideration of the detailed negative feedback is essential to ensure that your experience aligns with your expectations for a reliable and trouble-free stay in your RV or manufactured home.

Miami Mobile Home Community Reviews
Miami Mobile Home Community Is a nice RV Park, Full Hookups, Very Quiet And Nice Community, We Stayed Here Before, Never Had Any Problems. We Will Be Back.
Jun 01, 2023 · Leo McConnellNothing that happens here is ever their fault. They don't take any responsibility for their mistakes. Case in point, we pulled a brand new never lived in rig into a spot. Ironically I had asked them which spot had the best electricity. They said "they're all the same" which means we don't check any of them, until a problem arises. So, turns out the electrical box was bad but they blamed it on the RV. They "tested" the electric to determine it was our RV and not their box. Funny cause when the tech came out we had to hire from over an hour away who actually knew how to test electricity knew that 50 amp has two legs that need to be working. So had they known how to test their electric we would not have NEEDED to call a tech to come out and do it right. Remember, no matter what happens it's always your fault. SO, they offered two weeks stay to offset the cost of the tech which was a little more than two weeks rent. That didn't last long. Then they started whining about how much time they spent ttouble shooting THEIR bad electrical pole. The REASON they spent so much time was they don't know what they are doing. They threw a multi meter on it, it showed voltage and they're like "gee we don't know why your brand new rig won't work" The answer was it was 50 amp and they did not know to test both sides. So it went from two weeks, to one week, to actually only 5 days they gave because they don't know how to test their electrical. No wonder they don't do any routine maintenance. They had to move the rig to a new spot, that spot had a leaking water spigot, again NO MAINTENANCE. Then after that someone knocked out the rear window in our brand new rig. That was enough and we moved two RVs and a third one met us out at Twin Pines RV Park out by the State Park by the lake. A new park with new electrical throughout. No problems there. Good solid electrical hook ups. The manager at Miami Mobile Home was telling me about electrical lines melting going to people's rigs, again with their never their fault mentality, it never even dawns on them that it might just be THEIR aging antiquated unmaintenanced power lines. And I was like "ya think?"
Aug 02, 2023 · The Big DI had a lot of fun with my daughter and some friends thank you Miami very much
Apr 10, 2025 · Ted WattsI have stayed here several times. The staff are very nice and laid back. There is a laundry room and showers. I have a 33ft motorhome with a 26ft car hauler and it fits perfectly in the camp site with All hookups. You can stay monthly if you like. Very quiet and close to whatever you need. This will be my spot to stay whenever I'm in the area.
Dec 18, 2022 · Jerry RobinsonI lived there for 2 years, never had any issues. Melissa and her husband are great. While living there the gentleman who was mowing for them threw a rock my way and broke my windshield on my Bus. I have a Class A RV. Got an estimate turned it in and the main company hasn't been in contact with me at all. I tried to get in contact with them and they answered right away when they thought I was going to rent something from them. When they realized what I was wanting they blew me off. It's very disheartening to see what the people in our world have become.I'm really sorry but I would not recommend this park, at all. 👎
