I absolutely love this campground. I'm sad to hear that they got bought out by Hunter's then I believe it's now going to be called and I could not use the pool or the hot tub the two weeks, entire 2 weeks, I was there and I was looking forward to it all years. I must suffer a rheumatoid arthritis and there was no other options or anything said or given to me. I had no relief. I was so sore for 2 weeks. But other than that we still will be coming back. We absolutely love the site. The size of the site all the campers that are there. Unfortunately, I heard the seasonals are being moved out and they're not going to keep it open as a four-season campground. But all in all the helpers are very helpful and kind. And I know it's not the new onus problem or fault that the pool had issues. But I don't know. Maybe they could have called a local hotel or something to find out if somebody could have come in and use their pool. I don't know. That's why we go to this campground cuz it's an indoor pool in the month of June. You kind of need it. I can't be in cold water, I'm sorry... - J Narducci (MommaNucci)

Location and Accessibility

Meredith Woods RV Park, now operating as part of Hunter's Run RV Park, is conveniently located at 551 NH-104, Meredith, NH 03253, USA. This address places it in an exceptionally strategic position within the renowned Lakes Region of New Hampshire. For residents across the state, particularly those from southern New Hampshire, its proximity to major routes like I-93 (just 3 miles east of Exit 23) makes it incredibly easy to access. This means less time on the road and more time enjoying your vacation.

Route 104 is a well-maintained state highway, ensuring that even large RVs and travel trailers can navigate to the park with ease. This direct access is a significant advantage, eliminating the complexities often associated with reaching more remote campgrounds. While being on a main road means some "traffic noise was noticeable" as one reviewer mentioned, it's a trade-off many find acceptable for the sheer convenience of the location. The general consensus from campers is that this noise "would not keep me from coming back," underscoring the overall positive experience.

Beyond the immediate accessibility, the park's location in Meredith is a major draw. Meredith is a quintessential New Hampshire Lakes Region town, offering a charming downtown area with unique shops, delightful restaurants, and scenic views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Guests are just a short drive away from various local attractions, including boat tours, hiking trails, and quaint New England villages. The park's affiliation with Clearwater Campground (now united under Hunter's Run RV Park) means guests may also have access to amenities at the sister campground, which often includes direct lake access to Pemigewasset Lake, enhancing the recreational opportunities significantly.

This central location provides an ideal launchpad for exploring the wider Lakes Region, from enjoying water sports on Lake Winnipesaukee to day trips to the White Mountains. For New Hampshire locals, it means a beloved vacation destination is right at their fingertips, easily reachable for weekend escapes or extended stays.
