Meadowlea Village Reviews
This little "village" is made up of happy, helpful, friendly neighbors. It's quiet and pretty here. I love the naaaaaay-bors down the road and across the street. (Horses, donkeys, and cows). Management, the activities director and the maintenance worker all do their jobs very well, oftentimes going the extra mile.
Feb 25, 2022 · Ellery Hartlooking to possibly retire to this community but kind of optimistic after reading reviews. have been emailing Angelica about interest in a property and has been responsive.have heard the lot rents keep going up, and concerned about that also coming from someone whom is going to be living on retirement money. still would like to talk to someone in the office about our future possibly in this community.
Jan 15, 2021 · Bill RahnIf you like old ninnies in your business, this is the place for you. Bad management. Water n sewer is ooooold and not being kept up.Looking for a quiet place to retire where you can open the windows and enjoy the fresh country air? Then look elsewhere...there is more noise here than living downtown! Places are cheap here...for a reason.Initial looks can be deceiving.
Jan 22, 2019 · Scott NyobThe park location is perfect. It’s quite and the residents are wonderful. The lawn care is horrible and inconsistent. The water problems are extreme. Constant boil water notices and shut offs due to an old system.
Sep 10, 2021 · Peggy ManciniThis place is a joke. There is constantly problems with the water from it being turned off to not being able to drink it. Residents are expected to take their recyclables to an area with uneven ground that you can not get close to withount getting out of your vehicle. If you are disabled, it's very difficult to lift the lid of the cans while holding something for balance and the recycling.HOA fees don't include much. Maintaing your property is your own responsibility. They mow the lawn and that is it. Residents have to take care of the constantly falling leaves and their shrubbery. Most of these residents are not able to do this themselves. They need help.
