Mayfield Mobile Home Park Reviews
I've lived here for 8 years. Just a year ago, decided to buy a trailer here. The lot rent is just high enough to keep riff raff out, and make living affordable in a great neighborhood! At one point, the park had a serious problem with the types of ppl that lived here, but since the company quit renting, and only selling units, the park has turned around for the good!
Aug 06, 2022 · Priscilla AdamsPlace sucks is riddle with drug dealers and other shady dealing. It smells, and nobody there has a conscience OR a soul. I said what I said.
Feb 24, 2025 · Jo “Floppy Joopoo” PoThere has been alot of maintenance done over this past year and the park is actually looking great. Tracy, does an amazing job on staying on top of making sure things get done. She goes above and beyond to make the park look a place ud want to live. That area where all that shrubs were, she cleaned n looks so good. And she takes care of all the she says he says drama. Bc of her I've seen a complete turn around there.
Dec 11, 2022 · Jess RayThe lot rent is very reasonable. The management staff has always been very helpful. The neighbors are very friendly towards each other. Criminal activity is not tolerated by the park owners. I lived there over a decade. Believe I know what Im talking about.
