Marble Falls RV Park Reviews
We have been here 7 months now. And I will be honest. We love it. No it does not have a washer and dryer on the place. But it small and very quiet. I can let my daughters be out side and not worry about the traffic or anything happing to them. The owns are very sweet and honest people. We absolutely love this place. It is by far one of the best we have lived in. And for what they charge a month. You will not find a better place. I want to say thank you so much. When we moved in it was under new owns. I can’t say anything about the old owns. But the new owners is wonderful. We love this place this December will be here two years.
Apr 07, 2023 · RobMaggie ClossonGreat place. If your lucky enough to find an open space, you should definitely take it if you are looking for one. Family friendly. Worker friendly. Clean and reasonable RV Park. Management is excellent. Great communication. Just overall a great deal.
Oct 17, 2023 · Danny WebsterWe stayed at this park for six months and would definitely return. It’s a quiet, friendly park on the outskirts of town yet convenient to nearby stores, doctors, vet, etc. Very affordable rates with great owners. They welcomed us and our dog, giving us recommendations for things to do in the community. They were attentive but not overbearing. They treated our dog like one of the family and to us that meant everything. Some of the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen were here. Small and cozy place to stay. We will be back if ever in the area again.
Dec 08, 2020 · Laura KeyesAfterl reading the reviews and seeing/smelling the property i have to say im un impressed and will be taking business elsewhere. Seriously it smells like sewage and its just a bunch of dirt and a gazebo with a bbq pit. No washer and dryer no vending machine no onsite manager loose dogs the list goes on. And a current resident informed me that the water shuts off 1 to 2 times a week for a period of 8-12 hours. For the premium they are asking this place is one I would avoif if at all possible...pretty sky though!!! What a shame.
Dec 31, 2020 · Chris HassellAfter I had been living there for two years, in the summer of the pandemic 2020, the owners decided to kick out five families with a three day notice on Labor Day, to “refinish the grounds”. Three of us were unemployed due to the pandemic (one, a nurse who had just recovered from Covid after being sick for five WEEKS. Another resident was an elderly man on a walker). Anyway, this happened after the moratorium on evictions was put in place and because we WERE paying our bills, we were evicted. The only reason you CAN’T evict someone during the moratorium was if they were behind on rent. No notice, just “get out now, on the busiest camping day of the year or you’ll be evicted”, and that’s what happened. Four out of the five of us had to spend $150 on an RV moving company because were weren’t planning on going anywhere any time soon and didn’t have big enough vehicles to move. Not to mention new tires, hydraulic pumps, a new deposit and rent (oh, I almost forgot they waited until the week after the very last additional assistance with the CARES ACT expired. It’s like they waited until it would f*ck us the absolute worst, to make it HURT. This is a long term park. These were our homes. So, to recap: five families playing by the rules and paying their bills were unceremoniously dumped to god knows where, during a pandemic while unemployed (BUT PAID OUR BILLS) or sick with Covid (a FRONT LINE NURSE), on a walker, or how about just for NO GOOD REASON.We move.Weeks later, you know what they managed to do to “improve” the park? Built a metal pavilion in the corner of the park where no trailers were even close, and covered every last bit of green grass with brown dirt (just imagine when it rains). AND THAT’S IT.Anyway, unless you’re just passing through and don’t need any amenities (they do have a park bench, though no laundry, bathrooms, showers, trees or grass), I’d avoid this place at all costs. It takes a special kind of person to kick people (FIVE FAMILIES) when they are down, especially when those people pay their bills, even during a pandemic. There is an agreement when you move into an RV Park: pay your bills and don’t trash the place and the landlord won’t evict you just because he (the landlord) lost his job and was bored (he lost his job in the oil fields). Some landlords don’t honor that, and these people are those landlords. Also, the OTHER seven families were given six weeks notice that they could move into the spots vacated by the five of us or move so they could finish destroying the one thing it had going for it: the rest of the grass. And on top of that, THEY RAISED THE RENT TO MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS—the improvements that caused them to have to move!! Think about the GIANT BALLS.If anybody stays there after reading this, they have no right to complain. They knew what scumbags were running the place and moved in anyway. One more thing: I’m sure they will try to defend themselves by saying that we weren’t keeping the place clean, to which I can post dozens of photos of the park and property over two years (I’m a freelance photographer and those are my sunset pics on the page), including the property of the manager that they employed for over four years, showing ample proof of what they were willing to abide and willing to lie about.Am I disgruntled? Damn right I am. Go somewhere else and avoid my fate.
