- P Homes for Sale: Inquire about any manufactured homes currently available for purchase within the community, including both new models and pre-owned homes. Prices for homes can vary widely, from around $45,000 to over $100,000, depending on age, size, and features.
- P Lease Terms and Fees: Ask about the specifics of the lot lease agreement, including any initial fees (e.g., a buyer entry fee of $50 has been noted for some listings), and what is included in the monthly rent.
- P Financing Options: If purchasing a home, inquire if the community has any preferred lenders specializing in manufactured home financing or can offer guidance on financing options.
Given some of the feedback on communication, it is advisable to get all terms and agreements in writing and ensure clear understanding before making any commitments.

Maple Valley Reviews
Management doesn’t answer phone and if you talk to someone and request that an area be cleaned you get nothing but excuses or your told how other residents work in their areas. So Yes the work doesn’t get done. Storm drains go months without being cleaned and some of the pine needles and pine cones wind up in the residents yards. Pine cones smashed in the street along with branches. Some areas are not kept up and if you make a request you are all but guaranteed nothing will be done. Poor management and maintenance.Today is December 28,2021And it shows that if you wait long enough it will be covered with snow. Well I guess now they are good till spring.I did email whom ever responded to this review and I am still waiting for them to contact me. Their standard response looks good but if you don’t back it up with any action it really doesn’t mean anything.
