Maple Run Manufactured Home Community Reviews
We've been here almost 4 years.Truly an exceptional community.A small park with many great amenities and a staff that goes above and beyond making us feel at home. Superb lifestyle at affordable prices.
Jan 13, 2024 · S RMantaince staff is great. However, the office staff is another topic. The manager of the park is nice and usually professional but they can be slow the get back with you with questions etc... I recently moved out and nobody ask for a forwarding address. They keep telling the a manager will call me back. Still haven't heard from her. All I want to know is if I should expect our deposit. Everytime I call it's a new story. I'm starting to think they are sabotaging us on getting the deposit back. They showed the home to perspective renter before doing a walk through. When we showed up to do a walk through we were told the manager went home early. Nonetheless, I will keep calling till I get a straight answer.
Jun 13, 2017 · Nini ReidMy niece had her bridal shower party there kn February 24 2018 and they double booked..45 minutes into her party the other people started coming in and being loud and rude and wanting to set up their party. Would not recommend at all. Rude people not very professional at all
Feb 25, 2018 · Jacki BrophyI have resided in the park for over 20 yrs., and seen a lot of changes for good bad depending on the park manager. Because of the virus have had no contact cheri. One thing I miss are christmas lights at the front of the park. (They were beautiful). Most of residence keep their properties good; but there are some not care. Example, can't get park to correct parking in the street, parking on the lawns, people still walk dogs(several dogs in park), do not clean up after dogs go in my yard, and other yards. However. Recently they have trying to reward for good deeds, like Christmas decorations. But one BIG request I have; there several of us who are elderly, and it be wonderful at winter time at least the bottom of our driveways could be cleared. It would be great if they could do 2 swipes and just do our driveways, but I know that won't happen. For us that have lived for quite awhile in the park, would like to know they appreciate that we keep our yards and houses nice. In the pass i tried to move because I wasn't happy; but that has changed and refer the park again. I hope u take my letter to heart; and there will be so changes. Lot 128, midge abee
Dec 17, 2020 · Midge AbeeWith the experience I've had with this place just trying to schedule a virtual tour hasn't been pleasant. I've have to be the one to keep reaching out. I made it known to the lady in the office I'm very interested into renting a place after calling 3 times and set in a request online for a tour. Finally get a tour set up for today (5/11/20) at 1130 she told me to add her to FB so we could video chat and I did. She never accept the request or called. She has all my information to reach out and she hasn't even tried. I guess she don't want to rent the place. Hope this helps the next person.
