Maple Hill Village strives to embody these benefits, offering a place where people can settle down and enjoy a more relaxed pace of life within a defined community structure. While some homes may vary in condition, the presence of empty lots suggests opportunities for new or incoming residents to find a suitable space to establish their homes within the park.

- Lot leasing: Residents lease the land their manufactured home sits on, which typically includes utility hook-ups (water, sewer, electricity) at the site.

- Plenty of empty lots: For those looking to move a manufactured home into a community, the availability of empty lots is a significant advantage, providing options for new residents to join the community.
- Potential for improvement: While some homes may appear run down, and issues with trash in empty lots were mentioned, this also suggests opportunities for new residents and potentially park management to contribute to ongoing revitalization efforts, creating a more uniformly attractive environment over time. The comment from a former manager indicates a desire for improvement and a vision for the park to be "a good place to live in" with proper maintenance.
- Affordable living: Mobile home parks typically offer a more affordable route to homeownership or long-term rental compared to traditional housing, making it accessible for a wider range of budgets.

It's okay. Safe neighborhood, some homes are run down but most look in decent shape. Plenty of empty lots for potential movers as of the time of this writing.

Sep 10, 2021 · Kimberly MooreWorst possible management. Approved for home, then given the run around for weeks. Doesn't return phone calls. Hides when you try to find him. Excuse after excuse when he already said everything looked good to go. Eventually returned partial security deposit and sold trailer to someone else same day. Very shady. Also he's a registered sex offender (child at that) and really shouldn't be running a trailer park. Park itself is a craphole, numerous run down trailers and cats everywhere.
