They came out in a timely matter. When we noticed they didn't put our skirting back properly, we called and they came back out that day and fixed it. Only problem is the trash all over peoples yards! It's disgusting! And they have yet to do anything in the last 1½yrs I've been here. Other than that, it's quiet...unless it's nice out! Lol. Typical partying!🙄

Rules are incredibly over bearing, can’t even have bicycles outside, despite children riding them daily. Lease states only 2 cars parked but if you’re in good with management you can park more because they’re terrible at their jobs. They will regularly leave notices with little detail as to what the problem is. They don’t even attach proper notices to your door and when they do, they use packing tape to hold it up.
