Park is always kept clean and regulated a lot of newer mobile homes here that make the park look nice and it looks like the management is working on making the park look bettter. Trisha the park manager is very helpful when it come down to answering questions. 5 starts from me.

She is extremely helpful and on top of everything , she really takes pride in her job . She notifies all her tenants and stays in communication with me until the job is complete which makes everything so much easier . She always makes sure we are paid as soon as the job is finished! love doing business with them!

I'm only docking a star because our power has been going out for a few minutes at a time, multiple times per day, 4-5 days over the past couple weeks. It is happening in the middle of my work day, which causes major disruptions in my busy schedule. I have already spoken with Tricia about this because it seems like the electricians coming onsite aren't doing a proper job of fixing things.
