This park will screw u over i have owned a trailer there for 11 years I have rented it and even tried to give the trailer to family the park is so insistent on making sure they take possession of anything that the park does not own inside the mobile home place. This is a scam trailer part by trying to take everything that doesn't belong to them. And make it theirs, it is illegally ran that has been proven. They cut the water off. I'm one of my attendants that was paying their utilities and their lot rent. They quit connected the water so she could not turn it off herself. They cut her outside water spigot, and let gallons and gallons of water run to run her bill up, they antagonized and tortured my tenant, they tried to fear tactic her into Moving Out.
