★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We are permanent residents and have found the experience to be very enjoyable. There's a great pool. Showers and laundry room are always clean. The managers are friendly and helpful. The rates are very reasonable considering the amenities. We plan to stay here long term.
December 06 · David DuboisWe stayed 3 weeks around the Thanksgiving holiday. Reasonable rate, clean and spacious restrooms and showers. Melissa and Skylar were friendly and check in was easy. Neighbors were mostly long term and friendly. This is not a fancy resort, although they do have a sparkling clean pool. Entry road is bumpy, so take it slow. Our space wasn't covered, but many were. But, for the price of $125/week, I give them 5 stars. Easy drive to Waco and Magnolia. Right past Chip and Joanna's farm on highway 6. On highway 2, about 4 minute drive is a restaurant called the Grill. Go on Friday night for fried catfish and shrimp. We ate there 3 Fridays in a row. Explore all the little towns in the area. Antiques, great food and amazing architecture. We go to the area every year to see relatives, will definitely go back.
