Las Brisas Pacificas is a gated 55+ community, is lovely and has a wonderful location. As the name implies, wonderful Pacific Ocean breezes waft through this beautiful community on a daily basis due to the community's elevated westward facing slope and being less than seven miles from the beach. All of the homes have red clay tiled roofs and most have 2-car garages. Shopping is very near by and even walkable for some. Trips to the beach, the Flower Fields, the outlet mall, restaurants and Costco are a breeze from Las Brisas!
