I love living here. We have the best location in the park. It is quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors are wonderful. Tyson is an amazing Landlord. He makes sure that any maintenance issue is taken care of fast and efficiently. Thanks, Tyson, Gene and Jay!!
Oct 26, 2021 · Renée PetersonI have lived in this park for three years. In my experience if you go to the owner with a issue he tries his best to correct the situation. I own my home and rent the lot I am on. Owners pricing is far less then what is being asked for lot rent in the surrounding area with water and trash included. When the above water issue was being investigated the owner had crews and the city looking into the situation. It was resolved as soon as it could have been. I can not attest to the previous review of rumors and such but where can anyone live and not have some kind of neighbor drama. It is not a large park so we have one maintenance man and the owner who do the repairs. If it is above and beyond their capabilities the owner will call in the repair personnel as needed. My surrounding neighbors are very nice and I have never had a problem with anyone in the park. It is a quiet park and my son and I have no plans to move anytime soon.

The owner is a great person, if you ever have a issue you can go to him with it. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood with for the most part great people.On another note, I’ve never seen in 32 years, the authorities sitting at the entrance like Cristen Munford has stated. She DOES NOT live here. And what were you doing up at all hours of the night? Meth is a helluva drug I guess.

The maintenance guy instead of giving maintenance to the mobile home park he goes around spreading rumors about the tenants and is in everyone's business. The owner claims gets very upset when money has to come out his pocket to maintain the property. He has even made his tenants pay to pump their own septic tanks! Ridiculous! Stay away from this place! It's unhealthy and unsanitary.
