Joshua Springs Mobile Home Park Reviews
Home, I love it. Wish I had an Ocean View. We'll see the developments? But, I wouldn't give this place up. Stayed this last summer because on Covid-19, very hot record heat for record days in a row. But, hey, it's still the best for least. This isa Desert! Not all my posted photos from here. Motorhome travels with firends....
Feb 08, 2021 · Eric WomackWhile visiting with a friend as we prepared for our wedding our car broke down and the mgmnt gave him a lot of hassle over us being there, me being under 55, and you aren't allowed to let a dog walk anywhere in the park on leash or off period and they post signs in 3 different places telling you that. I feel like that is ridiculous. It's a resident owned property but seems like only 1 person runs the place.
Jun 25, 2024 · Lacie Renee CamachoI'm submitting this review only as a non-resident guest who has visited in both daytime and evenings. The community grounds are always very tidy and well kept. I've never interacted with the other residents except my friends who own there which indicates the majority of residents while having a watchful eye of who comes and goes; they apparently keep mostly to themselves. At night, the streets are very well lit.
Sep 10, 2021 · Dusty PérezWe recently were visiting mates at Joshua Springs MHP in the evening. It was quiet, well lit streets, units appeared to be orderly, grounds were tidy and the tenants we did see offered a simple, "Hello" or waved to us and went on minding their own business. It appeared to be an ideal community. We were very pleased with our visit to this park.
Dec 08, 2020 · Dustin Alexander-PérezThis is by far one of the best keep secrets in the Coachella Valley for a resident owned Mobile home parks. The residents all pitch in and volunteer to work in the park! It is very clean and quiet. Activities from water exercise, card games, shuffle board, pancake breakfasts, dinners, etc., etc.-Your neighbors help one another and look out for each other! What more could you ask for??
