A minor complaint from one reviewer mentioned staff appearing "extremely bored and were so quiet with attempts to communicate," especially younger workers, suggesting a desire for more enthusiasm from activity leaders to "get the kids hyped up and excited." However, the "elder gentleman, the train conductor, who was engaging and pleasant," received praise. This feedback indicates a potential area for staff development but also highlights that positive interactions are present. The unexpected closure of the lazy river and wave pool for one guest underscores the importance of checking current amenity availability prior to booking, especially for specific attractions that might be seasonal or subject to maintenance.

Jellystone Park Warrens Reviews
Kiddos had an absolute blast (3 & 5), plenty to keep them occupied. the grounds were lovely and peaceful, and we'll definitely be returning. This was our first "family vacation " and we didn't want to leave. My reservation was booked prior to the peak season by mistake, and the manager was great working with us to accommodate our needs/changes.My only complaint if I had one: The staff seemed extremely bored and were so quiet with attemps to communicate. I understand most were young workers, but get the kids hyped up and excited - make them excited about the activities because this means everything to them and helps make the experience!! Best staff was the elder gentleman, the train conductor, who was engaging and pleasant! Thanks for a great experience!
Jun 05, 2025 · Alexandra JohnstonGreat park, lots to do. Only draw back was the lazy river with wave pool was closed and it wasn't advertised as being closed prior to booking. Odd that the water inflatables were added cost and was time limited. Park was clean and had nice pools and activities for the kids.
Jun 17, 2025 · Gary BehrentWe have been to this campground multiple times and very much enjoy it to meet up with friends for a fun entertaining weekend, we always stay in a cabin, but unfortunately this year was disappointing 😕1. Check in, super slow, only one person at the desk, she was very unsure, didn’t communicate to me what seemed to be the problem, and wasn’t very friendly.2. Lazy River and wave pool broke and was closed our entire 3 night stay, only communicated on their Facebook page - never posted on the app and didn’t offer any discounts, or even complementary passes to the Wibits. Again, friendliness wasn’t there, it very much seemed like they didn’t care, much of an oh well attitude.3. In addition to the wave pool and lazy river being down, they decided to do lifeguard training in the pool behind the ranger station on a Saturday afternoon and closed half of the pool down at the busiest time.Pros - coffee shop was a nice addition for fancy coffee- I would not suggest getting a basic cup of coffee as it’s kinda pricey for that. The water in the pools behind the ranger station were nice and warm, so that was awesome!Kids love the thrill seeker slides, it would be nice to add a viewing/sitting area near them. The service essentially was very disappointing, hopefully they will work on customer service.
Jun 12, 2025 · Janna KarnitzWe camp alot pretty much in tri state area around Wisconsin but have went to East and West coasts as well. This campsite was very big disappointment.1. Was told twice when we called to book site fee covered use of all water activities. It did not and to use lake where floating rafts are they require reservations and it's 15 per person per hour. Even though Wave pool and lazy river are closed and of course no notice on site or on phone about this. Along with no discount for lack of service.2. Like most sites they require you to sign waivers and agree to camping rules which from my observation no one else follows. Example and for driving golf carts, speed limit and general caution are mon existent.Even Maintenance staff go flying by without regards for small kids on bikes and skate boards.3. Literally 4 people in lake but waited in line 15 minutes to even get to talk to staff.4. Can't bring soda or food in hot area but they have no issue selling you 3.00 soda from vending machine.
Jun 07, 2025 · Mike BehrentWe stayed at 3 Bears and bought day passes to Yogi Bear to swim and mini golf. We went to mini golf an hour before it was supposed and staff turned us away stating they were closing early. There was nothing posted stating they would close early, we saved mini golf for the end of the day when we had changed out of our wet swimsuits. For the amount we paid, we expected to be able to enjoy all attractions during the hours posted and advertised. We tried to talk with someone in the office to see if we could go the next morning, just to golf, but they were somewhat rude and unreceptive to this idea. For the amount that a day pass costs x8 people I was disappointed by our experience at Yogi Bear Warrens, WI.
