The management is horrible and Gemstone will bleed out every cent they can from the residents. The fact that they are willing to take a whole $25 off resident's rent to leave a 5 star review is concerning. The manager is known to not answer the phone or return calls. And don't even get me started with the land tax situation. 👎 Let's just say they can definitely do better. The plus side is there are good neighbors and it is pretty here.
