STAY AWAY! The owner is extremely dishonest, and the conditions are unsafe. My trailer was full of black mold because she refused to fix the leaking roof. Mold grew between all the walls. Also, it's well water, but the pump is ALWAYS broke. You can go days without water because that slumlord is too cheap to pay to get it fixed. Plus, l just found out the water was contaminated. She was supposed to have posted a "Boil Water" warning in the park. No one was ever told of this...l was only informed by a city employee when l called to report the water being off AGAIN!

I met residents who had to walk around large holes in their floors, single moms with no heat this past winter and the owner just ignored the problem when she heard what it would cost, mold in many trailers, a swamp of trashy water running over a well possibly contaminating the well. Trees falling over left and right and owner ignoring the warnings

Anytime I’ve had an issue it gets addressed immediately. Whenever there is a neighborhood gathering of some sort I am invited. Although I will no longer be living in Here I wish ICould take this management with me wherever I go for as long as I’m renting. They are very honest and humble people. This experience was better than what I expected it would be and has been a blessing.

I had no water the first month of living here and after the plumbing was fixed I had multiple leaks resulting in mold growth throughout my trailer that the owner and property manager refused to fix. Would give it a 0 if I could. If you have kids this is not the place to live. No playgroung, no pool, no yards maintained.
