I finally can breathe that they got rid of the old manager. I would like to thank the owners for bring in a new manager to work on this property !!

Can’t disagree , the place is well kept up and who ever takes care of it is doing a great job. 2nd yes the marlene and management may be strict but only Bc they want to have a clean and safe environment. A lot people that live there or that is wrighting all these negative things about management is false , she may be rude or strict but doesn’t mean she is a bad manager... the people who don’t know how to keep a clean home area outside or don’t pay on time Have false Information about Management. . But I do got to agree the gate does break from time to time because people don’t know how to enter or don’t have a clicker , most of the people go the wrong entrance and breaks .
