Definitely don’t recommend, they lure you in with saying they’re lenient on background checks (I have a felony from 10+ years ago) they’ll wait until you pay your nonrefundable $35 each for background check, just to tell you nope. Bad business etiquette especially for judging someone from something from 2011 🙄🤦

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!! DOESN'T LIKE YOU TO HAVE COMPANY!! I know for a fact, he will chase people on the street and complain about the noise/loudness of their vehicles, and will tell them NOT to drive down Cardinal Lane again!! Not pet or kid friendly. NOT a man of his word, when we moved , he was buying our refrigerator from us, has been a month and a half since we moved and we still have yet to receive the money the money!! I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE!!Has been almost 2 months since we moved and I was told by property manager today (1/28/16) that he was not going to pay us the money he owes us for refrigerator! NOT AN HONEST MAN!!!

Tell you have the place ..you get a money order for the deposit and then turn around and not keep there word. She called me the next day to deny me and my husband was on his way to give her the documents. Since she denied us. He turned around and got caught in the middle of a 9 car pile up. If she would have kept her word he would have never been involved in that wreck. She has caused us a lot of pain and time wasted. Don't trust these people. They are crooks .not very good Christians. I'm losing faith in humanity.

I called and supposed owner/caretaker answered the phone. Was so very rude! Y'all are right about not being very friendly. I asked him if they had any mobile homes for rent and he said yes. Then told me what homes he had for rent. I said do you allow pets and very rudely he said nooooo. Like a bored or irritated child. I'm very dissatisfied with this place. I will never rent from these people ever! If I didn't have to give them a star in order to write this review, I wouldn't give them any stars at all.
