Definitely not a nice place to live nomore.

I was told that I just needed to prove income and have a good credit score. Filled out application online and provided those provided those, now it's just one obstacle and contradiction after another.
December 15 · Bernadette VillaAbsolute garbage front office customer service, and it comes from the manager down. Overpriced over 900 a month, they don’t take care of anything. One time they even told me that the tree that was dead and in the way of my driveway belonged to me. Find a better place to live. You deserve better, Everyone deserves better.
February 08 · Luis FernandezI am a little disappointed. I expected more from this property. It is probably the best in the area. We are just working here for about a month so I can deal. I probably wouldn't want to live here full time. The property backs up to a pretty run down apartment complex and is less than 5 miles from a correctional facility. I don't get out after dark. Trash pick up once a week is not adequate. The people and management are really nice and helpful. Close to lots of soon shopping, eats, services, and entertainment. Les than thirty mins to airport.
November 04 · Chasity JarryThe ongoing saga of this place. I brought the fact that they only follow the rules they what and I basically got a letter back saying such. I loved living in this community until the last year. I was verbal and my rent sky rocketed. the most recent episode is that the trash company will now only take one trash can and it has to be there's. The passed them out on trash day last Friday and no one said why or what was happening. On the following Wednesday at 3pm management provided a letter on the mail box stating we can only use these trash cans and if we need additional cans we have to submit in writing. So we did and found on top what we are already paying for trash its yet another 7 dollars per trash can. Well I cleaned my yard Saturday and have 3 cans of debris from and that one on from the house. The issue is my contract and the amended contract both say trash is paid for. Not sure what they expect us to do with grass clippings and other debris. When we attempted to get another trash can the receptionist made a rather inappropriate and vicious statement eluding to theft and dishonesty. If you choose to buy or rent here I would be very aware.
