Managed by Endeavor Communities, Hilbert Acres is designed to provide a blend of quiet country living with convenient access to the amenities and attractions of the surrounding Fox Valley area. While recent customer reviews present a mixed picture regarding past management issues, positive feedback highlights a responsive current manager and the inherent appeal of community living.
Mobile home parks like Hilbert Acres offer a distinct lifestyle choice for many Wisconsin families. They often provide a more accessible entry point into homeownership compared to traditional stick-built homes, allowing residents to own their dwelling while leasing the land. This setup can foster a strong sense of community, where neighbors know each other and a more relaxed pace of life prevails. Hilbert Acres, with its focus on "well-maintained grounds" and "spacious lots," endeavors to create an environment where residents can enjoy their outdoor spaces and connect with their neighbors.
However, it is crucial for prospective residents, as with any community, to consider all aspects of past experiences shared by current or former residents. One review specifically praises a new manager, Jessica Kasper, for being "amazing" and highly responsive, even assisting with rental assistance during a difficult time. This suggests a positive shift in on-site management. Conversely, a highly critical review details significant issues with a previous management team, including concerns about property clean-up, unreturned security deposits, and unresponsive communication from the "Mom and daughter" in charge. This disparity in experiences underscores the importance of direct communication and due diligence when considering a move.
Ultimately, for Wisconsin locals seeking a comfortable and potentially affordable housing solution in a community setting, Hilbert Acres offers the promise of peaceful living with convenient access to regional attractions. Its appeal lies in its fundamental structure as a mobile home park designed for long-term residency, with the current on-site management striving to create a supportive environment.

Hilbert Acres Reviews
I've Lived here for 4 years now. Jess is an amazing Manager. I fell on a hard time this last December when my mom fell ill. Had to use my income for gas money and ran short on rent. She did everything she could to help me get rental assistance to get back on track! I highly recommend going to Jessica Kasper the new Manager with any residential problems you have. She is a great asset to this community!
Feb 28, 2025 · RugratKnocked down the garage and left it all in my driveway when I started renting. Left screws, nails metal pieces and garbage EVERYWHERE in my driveway and lawn after it was “cleaned up” knowing that I had a dog and small children. Cleaned it up myself after calling and no one coming. On top of the bad start THEY STOLE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ALMOST $1000.00!!!! They told me and other renters that I left the home IMMACULATE. I never damaged anything or gave them a reason to keep the deposit whatsoever. I Never heard from them again! Never sent me the deposit, a letter explaining the deposit, nothing.I have been calling them SINCE 11/2019!!!! They refuse to give me the corporate phone#, Not one of my calls has ever been returned; Mom never answers her cell phone, they’re never in the office per the assistants, I ask them for help but am just promised calls back but no one calls… ever. Same Mom and daughter in charge so they know what happened to my money and why I’m still calling them. Corporate sent my security deposit amount to them so they could in turn write a check to me but they kept the money instead. The company that owns Hilbert Acres should know that they are stealing money from them, I’m sure I’m not the first or last one they did this to. They should be fired, they are terrible at their jobs when they’re “working” and could care less about the tenants or their rentals. Should have reported them, probably could’ve saved a lot of other people from getting their money stolen as well! It’s never too late…
Feb 23, 2023 · Harper BlohowiakSo I visited this place because I was interested in looking at a mobile home. In my opinion a poorly designed park. Every single road in the park led to a dead end. Most parks I've seen the roads don't suddenly end. Most of the trailers are very very run down. I would not feel comfortably safe here. Just my opinion. I wanted to like it, but it had too many issues.
Aug 11, 2020 · 3 Big CatsI asked if I could have a fence before I purchased and was told by the daughter yes, a see through fence. After I signed I was told no by management. I was also told by managements daughter she did not want me to have to pay for the window sills prior tenants dogs ruined... they were covered with wood grain contact paper. Not real happy. If you purchase make certain EVERYONE is on same page and don’t let anyone bully you. Or play dumb.
Jul 07, 2022 · Kristin GearyWhy all the people who live in this trailer park has yet to file one class action lawsuit blows my mind the lady's who run this place are stealing peons money.
