- Lot Rent keeps going up has went up 30% in two years now it is going to be doubled! Water and Sewer Bills are extremely high. No one is given copy of city bills for water and sewer. Management shows up a few hours a week. If you enjoy music you are going to love HMHP, your neighbors will treat you to music that you can easily hear from inside your home at all hours of the day and night! Love dogs? You'll get the complete Urban experience at HMHP you along with the music can hear the continuous yelp and bark of man's best friend. And good luck on trying to get answers about their forcing out residents with the lot rent increase, they offer no direction except get out and sell! May 24 · N
- It's a dump. My friend died a week ago. And he had a live in caretaker. She was still there and they just jerked his trailer out of the park, kicked her out and threw away all of her stuff. The rudest people I've ever met. December 07 · Penny Adams
- In speculation, it's quite evident to me that the owner of this mobile home park is trying to force it's residents out. And after visiting friends and discovering their lot rent was just doubled to $1,000 a month my perception was enforced. The resident are forced to park in the streets outside the park! Really, this owner has little to no concern for its residents. May 12 · Nellie Graham
