Quiet, peaceful & beautiful park. We did not need WiFi service so we were given a spot in the back of the park along the Medina River. We loved it! Definitely be going back when we visit San Antonio!

We stayed here the month of November 2024. We travel full-time in our 5th-wheel. The park is located with easy access to major roads and highways, but while at the campground, it's quiet and relaxing. It is a basic campground but does have a laundry room and clean bathrooms and showers. The park staff is super friendly.

Teri was the best host, she had lots of great information to pass on about the park and the area! The park is well kept, we were in space 1 and we looked out into the grassy area, there was a lot of room from the spot on the other side. No one was in the tent area so I was able to walk my dog back there and the creek was very close! The restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms were clean and updated and open 24 hours. Each restroom and shower was in private room with a lock. It was only 15-25 minutes into San Antonio, we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed this gem. So nice to be in the middle of nowhere and yet so close to anything you wish to do in the San Antonio area.The hosts were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The grounds were immaculate. The community was friendly. Big rigs with HDTs are not a problem.

We stayed at this park in January of this year and found it very pleasant. We stayed in the hallows down by the river and liked that very much; less crowded and lots of room for our dog to sniff around. Laundry room was nice; 5 washers and driers, coin op. but little folding room. We were fairly close to the main sites in San Antonio (20 minutes or so), and the "Missions" were about 15 minutes away, different direction.** Bonus: Visit Benjamins restaurant, just about 3 blocks as you exit to the right. It is to die for and very reasonable prices, * We ate there every day (Puffy tacos and enchiladas).Thank you for a great stay. The Traveling "T's"
