Dec 18, 2024 · Sharleen CrystalYes this is to the Owner of the park SELINA. I am very disappointed with the outrageous acts of behavior by a few tenants and mainly by the active Manager ( Nikki ) there is way to much favoritism, Slander, disrespect and discrimination going on in the park. The Manager has repeatedly threatened to kick out a couple that i am friends with. They are older then i am which while i do come and visit i do alot of helping them get things done that is easier on them. There saying i am a very respectful and well mannered, intelligent male. There is no what so ever any kind of harm to anybody that comes with me. These two friends have not done anything wrong at all either. The manager has a few other tenants who call her as soon as i show up to visit and see if they need any help for the day. I just cant believe how someone that doesnt even know me think she has the right to threatened to evict somebody just for letting somebody visit them and dont bother to find out the truth and who i am. I know being the active manager she has full access to run background checks. So i feel the park isnt being managed the correct and best way to keep ratting up and tenants happy. I feel you have the wrong kind of person managing your park. Its supposed to be inviting to guests not making tenants and guests turning on each other. So i am being forced away by means of threatening my friends of eviction. I feel that before you start slandering and judging a person making them not be able to visit friends and help when needed then maybe she shoqssuld mind her own business or if shes really worried which theres no reason to , but before she just starts threatening to evict she needs to run a background check and stop going by what other people are saying . Becuase other wise i could sue the park..
Sep 11, 2024 · Justin HazlettHidden Harbor is a joke. They have spaces right down next to the river and they’re putting people down there when the river is flooding already and then let’s chat in the state opening up the damn it is extremely dangerous all times the year, especially in the winter. And while they claimed to have a hotel, they really don’t.
Dec 17, 2024 · Carl MitchellWould be a nice place if the manager was a nice person and not so rude and aggressive
Apr 06, 2025 · Ben Storment jrIt is not a hotel it is a city park with an RV park behind it I was not there on vacation or business I was towed up there with my trailer because the trailer park that I live in got flooded out myself and everybody else in my trailer park which is down by the river by the train trestle. I have attached a photo that I found on Facebook because of somebody taking a photo of all our trailers and then posting it we had nowhere else to go we are flooded out of our trailer park
