Hickory Hills Manor Mobile Home Community Reviews
Stay away until they get rid of the management. You can expect poor maintenance, harassment, and lies. They’ve been lying about a new clubhouse for almost a year.
Dec 12, 2024 · RV Nana ValGreat Place to live..not sure why they cant fix the drainage problemThey need a no wake zone!!!
Aug 12, 2023 · Darla CunninghamDon't waste your time and money trying to apply here, management is very unprofessional and not the brightest. At least there was one person there who cared about me and my family to keep trying alongside a seller on the inside who would vouch for us but it was not enough. They don't give proper reasons or explanations why you have been denied despite how good your records are and how easy it is to pay $600 lot rent per month, expectations are too high for their own good and/or I suspect some foul play/discrimination especially with how they excessively and illegally prodded too deeply into my medical history and made unnecessary assumptions that made me felt uncomfortable.EDIT: I doubt you could protect anyone when your clubhouse burnt down.
Dec 21, 2024 · ODSP -I have lived here for four years now. We love living here managers are awesome. Have met alot of people and good friends. They (managers) keep things in order the best they can dealing with alot of people but are very friendly. I hope to stay here for along time.
Apr 11, 2023 · Brenda ShirtsCame here before clubhouse burnt down and was definitely alot to do but not so much now. If there cannot be alchol at a function then the function does not happen. Snowbirds have their cliques and not very welcoming to outsiders. Office staff makes you feel like a bother if you need to talk to them. Jon is very disrespectful when talking to him, he does not let you say a word. HOA doesn't seem to work for the residents nor do office staff. Rules apply to some but not others. The 25 pound dog rule is only for some. Security is a joke. There is always someone from outside coming in and stealing. Don't tell me to contact management as you have in other reviews because they don't care. Sad because if it wasn't for the residents the owners would not have the investment nor would management have jobs. Look elsewhere.
